| Description : | It’s almost time for the North River Outing. This outing near Tellico Plains, Tennessee, is one of the most popular of the year. The club has reserved the McNabb Creek Group Campground from Wednesday, March 24th through Sunday, March 28th. We have the usual die-hards getting an early start on this one. The campground is located right on the North River and will accommodate tents, RVs, and pop ups, but it should be noted that this is a primitive campsite with available porta-johns, but no water or electricity. This trip also provides easy access to the Tellico River, the Bald River and several other small streams.
